Representative Food Introduction
Chu-eo-tang
Chu-eo-tang

“Namwon’s best flavor” From long ago, the people of Namwon caught loach in rice paddies and waterways and enjoyed it as a health supplement. Chu-eo-tang, made with native loach grown in the clean and fertile soil of Namwon, is not enough to supply to restaurants outside of Namwon. So it can only be tasted in Namwon. It’s the reason why I recommend you to try chu-eo-tang when you go to Namwon.
