We would like to inform you regarding the results of the immigration process simplification meeting between the Ministry of Justice, along with 7 other organizations and the Organizing Committee of APMG 2023 on May 26, 2022 at 14:00.

 

1. Simplified Immigration Process

① Operation of the reception center in the airport to provide convenience for participants in the competition.

② Establishment of an examination board exclusively for overseas participants

③ Cargo and carry-on clearance support

 

 

2. Simplified Visa Process

① All participants will apply to the competition registration system by January 31, 2023

② Visa Required Overseas Participants must check the Visa Required field when applying for participation

※ Participants in countries that require visas must check whether they need visas

③ Overseas participants who have not yet checked whether they need a visa when applying for participation must check the required field of the registration system 60 days before the competition (3.13.2023)

④ The organizing committee will issue an invitation letter before the 45th day of the competition (3.28.2023) for participants who checked the visa requirement section of the participation registration system.

※ After issuing the invitation letter, the organizing committee plans to provide visa issuance by delivering a list of invitation letters and a copy of the invitation letter in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
