This is an exclusive accommodation reservation service for the Asia Pacific Masters Games 2023 Jeonbuk Korea (2023 JB-APMG) Service opening period: 2023. 2. 12 ~ 2023. 5. 30 / Operates from 90 days before the start of the competition until the end of the competition Reservation area: All areas of Jeollabuk-do Gunsan-si, Iksan-si, Wanju-gun, Jinan-gun, Muju-gun, Jangsu-gun, Gimje-si, Jeonju-si, Buan-gun, Jeongeup-si, Imsil-gun, Gochang-gun, Sunchang-gun, Namwon-si Expected Number of Accommodations (as of 2021)

If you make a reservation through this site, 1) You can receive effective counseling services provided by the Korea Tourism Organization. 2) You can search for more than 1,110 accommodations provided by Korea's No.1 Online Tour Agency and receive special discounts. 3) In order to prevent frequent reservations, no-shows, breach of contract and cancellations, most accommodations start listing their room inventories three months in advance. We recommend you to start booking three months in advance. Accommodation Regulations
1. The regulations (rules, terms and conditions, etc.) of each accommodation must be respected. Violating accommodation regulations may result in denial of entry, check-out, and extra charges. In this case, all responsibility will lie on the customer who makes reservations and/or uses the facility, so please make sure to check the accommodation regulations and facility status. 2. If the number of people allowed to use the facility exceeds what is specified in the regulations, the customer may be notified that accommodation is unavailable for use or extra charges for the excess number of people may occur. In this case, all responsibility will lie on the customer who makes reservations and/or uses the facility 3. Since all accommodation reservations are made in real-time, even if your booking is "confirmed at the time of reservation", the status may be changed to "waiting for reservation" or "reservation is canceled" depending on the room circumstances including overbooking. In this case, the amount paid will be automatically refunded. 4. Concerning a minor’s stay, minors (juveniles under the age of 19) are prohibited from using the facility unaccompanied by a legal representative in accordance with relevant laws such as the Youth Protection Act. Also, if you are unable to check-in at the site for such reasons, cancellation or refund is not possible. 5. Information on each accommodation is provided as a reference for reservation. It may differ from actual conditions due to any changes made within the accommodation or other reasons. In this case, Yanolja Co. Ltd. is not responsible. 6. Your requests for room allocation (non-smoking rooms, high floors, etc.) are delivered to the accommodation facility. However, please note that Yanolja Co. Ltd. cannot guarantee the final decision as it is made by the accommodation facility.
Cancellation and Refund Policy When making a reservation for consecutive nights (2 nights or more), the cancellation fee rate is applied collectively based on the total selling price of the reservation.
Common Rules 1. Cancellation policy is applied based on the check-in date. 2. In the event of a cancellation fee, it is calculated based on the initial reservation amount including discounts such as coupons and points.
Cancellation Fee Rates The order of fee charging is as follows. 1. Payment amount through cash, PG and simple payment 2. Points used 3. Coupon or affiliate point discount However, if the cancellation fee exceeds the actual payment amount (cash/PG/simple payment amount + the amount of points used), whether the excess amount should be refunded or not will be determined according to the coupons used at the time of reservation and the point return policy of each affiliate. The same cancellation policy applies even when canceling a reservation to change reservation information such as the date of use and the room.
Non-cancellable Cases ※ No-Show: the customer does not use the reserved accommodation without any prior notice - Customer has already entered the room - Cancelling reservation on the day of check-in - Minors using the accommodation - According to the Juvenile Protection Act, minors (juveniles under the age of 19) are not allowed to use the accommodation together without a legal representative. - No parking or walk-only rooms - Cancelling due to parking issues at the time when cancellation is not possible If you are unable to check-in at the site for such reasons, cancellation and/or refund will not be possible.
Exceptions Exceptions to Cancellation Fee Charge - In case of motel reservation, full-amount cancellation is possible through Yanolja application / website within one hour of the reservation completion time. - However, cancellation and/or refund is not possible if the check-in time has elapsed, even within 1 hour of making the reservation. - In the case of hotel and pension reservations, full-amount cancellation is possible through the Yanolja application / website within 10 minutes of the reservation completion time. - However, cancellation and/or refund is not possible if the check-in time has elapsed, even within 10 minutes of making the reservation. - The 'Two Weeks' and 'One Month' pension rooms may be canceled by the seller even if the customer has made a reservation and payment. For more information, please contact the seller. - In case of cancelling after the check-in date of the 'Two Weeks' and 'One Month' pension rooms, the following cancellation fees will apply. - On the day of check-in and/or 50% of the stay period has not passed after the check-in date: cancellation fee (30% of the total selling price) plus the amount used according to the formula below. If more than 50% of the stay period has passed: non-refundable ※ Usage amount = (Average selling price per night x number of actual stays) – (Average coupon price per night x number of actual stays) ※ Average selling price per night = Selling price/Number of reservation nights ※ However, when calculating 50% of the stay period, if the number of nights is odd, the number of nights below the decimal point is rounded up to apply the cancellation fee policy. ※ Cancellation after the check-in date is possible through the customer center. ※ Facility usage fees (extra charges for exceeding standard occupancy, utility bills, etc.) and other incidental expenses incurred while using of the room may be charged on site separately from the penalty. ※ Yanolja Co., Ltd. is a mail order broker and does not participate in disputes between the seller and the consumer. Please inquire the seller for any inconveniences caused while using the room or regarding the use of facilities. In case of the following, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund through the customer center. (Direct cancellation is not possible on Yanolja application / website) Motel: For reservations that are made after the check-in time has elapsed, cancellation is possible within 15 minutes from the reservation completion time. ※ However, cancellation is not possible if you have already entered the room. ※ Applicable only if the initial contact time for customer service is within 15 minutes from the reservation time.
Exceptions Due to Natural Disasters or Bad Weather - If service use is impossible due to force majeure, such as natural disasters or bad weather, exceptional cancellation is possible through the customer service center. - However, cancellation and/or refund may not be possible depending on the request for the submission of data proving the degree of impact of natural disasters (facility conditions, transportation means and route, etc.) or the severity of the disaster.
Other Notes - Considering the nature of real-time reservations, duplicate reservations may occur for the same room. In this case, the reservation that has been paid first will be given priority and the subsequent reservation will be canceled. - Reservation may be canceled before the peak season rates are confirmed or if incorrectly registered rates are informed by the customer service center. - If it is confirmed that the facility information displayed at the time of reservation is different or the contract is performed differently from the contract details, the reservation may be canceled at the request of the customer or the accommodation facility. - Hotel reservations are canceled and/or refunded according to the cancellation policy of each hotel. - In the event of a cancellation/refund request due to a dispute with the accommodation facility that occurred on-site, the company, as an intermediary platform, shall not be involved in the cancellation and refund processing. - Yanolja Co. Ltd., as a reservation broker, is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages made to customers due to various reasons such as natural disasters, strikes at accommodation companies, airline circumstances, civil war, etc.
Collection and Use of Personal Information - Purpose of Collection &Usage Agreement Implementation of contracts and provision of services, details on reservations, purchases, and products of interest, billing of payment, consultation, complaints and civil affairs, notification and announcement, statistics and analysis of product &service usage performance, product &service improvement and recommendation, prevention of illegal and dishonest use, compliance with personal information validity period - Item Common - Reservation details (reservation date and time, payment amount, company name), email address Booked customer and/or purchaser - name, email address, date of birth (if required for service) If booked customer and visitor are different – the visitor and passenger’s name, e-mail address, and date of birth (if required for service) - Retention &Use Period Deleted after 30 days from the date of end of use in order to handle civil affairs such as consultation, settlement of accounts, and refund If it is necessary to retain information according to the relevant laws, it will be preserved until the period required by the applicable laws (e.g. 5 years for purchasing members, 3 months for IP addresses)
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties - Recipient : Each reservation hotel in Jeonbuk - Purpose of Provision : To provide products &services that are reserved and purchased, fulfill the contract (confirmation of users and usage information), and handle civil affairs such as customer complaints - Items of Provision : Reservation number, booked customer information (booked customer’s name &mobile phone number) or visitor information (visitor name &mobile phone number) - Use and retention period : Until the purpose of personal information use is achieved. However, if it is necessary to retain the information according to the relevant laws, it may be preserved until that point and then destroyed without delay.
You have the right to refuse consent to the provision of your personal information to third parties. However, if you refuse to consent, restrictions will apply to your use of the service. |

No names, logos and images related to the Masters Games may be used without permission. The only parties that may legally use them are those directly related to the Masters Games (national governments, host cities, official sponsors, official merchandisers, etc.). Even official sponsors must receive permission from the 2023 Masters Games Organizing Committee before using an image related to Masters Games. |

From May 2022, official goods products will be sold online and offline through the official merchandizer’s platforms and stores. From May 2023, they will be sold at Goods Market (next to the registration center) in 14 cities and 15mini stores throughout Jeollabuk-do. |

Official goods product consist of 40 different types of goods in 6 item categories, including dolls, toys, T-shirts, hats, gloves and stationeries. These items will be produced and sold through official merchandizers. |
